1.1 Personal Use: Our Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use by individual property owners looking to visualize and plan their interior spaces.
1.2 Professional Use: Commercial use (by architects, real estate agents, or interior designers) is strictly restricted to designated Enterprise or Pro packages. Use for commercial resale of solo-room trials is prohibited.
1.3 Lawful Engagement: You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and any applicable local property laws.
2.1 Credentials and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity performed through your account is deemed to be authorized by you.
PROHIBITED ACCOUNT SHARING
Concurrent logins from multiple geographical locations or sharing account access with third parties will trigger an automatic security lock and potential permanent suspension.
Automated Scraping
Using bots, spiders, or scripts to extract design data, renders, or pricing models from our Platform.
Reverse Engineering
Attempting to decompile, disassemble, or discover the source code of our AI design algorithms.
Misleading Content
Uploading floor plans or property data that you do not own or have the explicit right to use.
Abusive Behavior
Threatening, harassing, or using offensive language toward our designers or support staff.
4.1 License Scope: Houspire grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design deliverables for the specific property address provided during the order.
4.2 Unauthorized Commercialization: You may not sell, lease, or license the design renders or budget documents to third parties, nor can you use them to train competing AI models.
5.1 Monitoring: We reserve the right to monitor Platform usage trends to identify automated access patterns or security breaches.
